EULA

This EULA (End-User License Agreement) applies to all our Server and Data Center products.

All add-ons published by Requirement Yogi were developed since 2012 by Play SQL or Requirement Yogi. The use of these products is subject to the terms of Requirement Yogi's End-User License Agreement (EULA), unless otherwise specified therein.

End of life: Requirement Yogi announces End Users in two ways when the end of life of a product is approaching,
first by announcing on the Atlassian Marketplace, and, for paid apps only, by sending an email to only the
email address obtained through Atlassian for the related license. After the date provided in the announcement,
customers cannot expect to receive further support, and notably no security update, no compatibility update,
and no announcement related the security or vulnerabilities. The products Play SQL Spreadsheets, Play SQL Base,
and Play SQL Forms, will not be supported after December 31, 2022, and therefore they won't receive any
security update, compatibility update or support after this date.}

agrees that Play SQL and Requirement Yogi are trademarks of Requirement Yogi. By agreeing with this EULA, you
also agree that Requirement Yogi may publicly list your company name among the list of our customers, as long as it does
not make it look like an endorsement. You can oppose being listed by sending an email to our support.}

<sup>The license applies to all versions of the products, downloaded or published on or after the license date.
A new version of the license may be published; New license versions replace former ones and are applicable
to all versions of the product published or downloaded on or after the license date. The author doesn't commit
to notifying users of license changes; The user approves the new licence by clicking the Upgrade button or
downloading the new version.

No information given on the website or on product support is contractual unless explicitly specified. Atlassian
has policies about add-on evaluation and users are encouraged to seek external professional advice before
committing to a purchase. The author relies on the Atlassian policies for the evaluation and purchase management.

This EULA is governed by the laws of France, and, subject to the following sentence, the parties irrevocably
and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon, France. Except in circumstances
where a party seeks urgent injunctive relief, before commencing any court proceedings, if any dispute arises
under these EULA the parties will negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute.</sup>
