Author information and third-party licenses

All add-ons published by Play SQL were developed in 2012-2015 for Play SQL. The use of this product is subject to the terms of Play SQL's license, unless otherwise specified therein. This product also includes the following libraries which are covered by the licenses below:

Third party programs or services: When the software uses, requires or depends on third party programs or 
services, the author cannot be held liable for any failure or limitation of those services. In particular,
Atlassian, Google, Heroku, WordPress, MailChimp, an Internet provider or any third party may suspend, stop 
delivering or fail at delivering their services, temporarily or permanently, whether it is a consequence
or not of a breach or termination of the license by either party; In no event can the author be held liable
for the consequences on the capabilities and operation of the software.
Consent to Use of Data: You agree that the information you submit to the author, including but not limited 
to by electronic means, by online forums or collaboration tools, and the usage data of the software, may be
used by the author to facilitate the provision of support or the improvement of the software. It may also be
used anonymously for data aggregation and to provide support to other or future customers.
The author will request permission before quoting names, brands or other information of the users of paid,
academic and evaluation licenses. "Community" licenses are provided for free to charity organizations on
the basis that the author and Play SQL may use the license information you provide (such as your organization
name and the number of users) to communicate publicly about the product. Atlassian defines the conditions
to be granted a Community license.
Neither the name of Play SQL or Requirement Yogi nor the names of its contributors may be used to endorse or promote products 
derived from this software without specific prior written permission. By agreeing with this EULA, the End
User agrees that Play SQL and Requirement Yogi are trademarks of Adrien Ragot.
The license applies to all versions of the products, downloaded or published on or after the license date. 
A new version of the license may be published; New license versions replace former ones and are applicable
to all versions of the product published or downloaded on or after the license date. The author doesn't commit
to notifying users of license changes; The user approves the new licence by clicking the Upgrade button or
downloading the new version.
No information given on the website or on product support is contractual unless explicitly specified. Atlassian 
has policies about add-on evaluation and users are encouraged to seek external professional advice before
committing to a purchase. The author relies on the Atlassian policies for the evaluation and purchase management.
This EULA is governed by the laws of France, and, subject to the following sentence, the parties irrevocably 
and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon, France. Except in circumstances
where a party seeks urgent injunctive relief, before commencing any court proceedings, if any dispute arises
under these Terms of Use the parties will negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute.
