What’s the expected format for spreadsheets?

For now, the import template is fixed:

    • The first column must contain the requirement keys.

    • The following non-empty columns must contain the external property values.

    • For external property columns, the first row must contain the external property name.

    How does the import work?

    • The external properties are imported to requirements in the current space.

    • The external properties are imported to requirements in the current variant.

    • Existing external properties are overridden.

    • When a cell is empty, the corresponding external property is removed.

How to download a sample spreadsheet?

    To download a sample spreadsheet:

    • Navigate to the Import tab.

    • Click the download box or the Download button.

    • You can use it as a starting point to import your data.
